These terms apply when you book cleaning, man & van, waste collection, or bio-hazard cleaning services with Lumi Domestic Support ("we", "us"). By booking a job, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on our website, including the instant estimate tool, are ballpark guides only. A final price is confirmed once we've assessed the job — over the phone, by photos, or on-site — and may differ from the online estimate depending on access, volume, condition, and timing.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a date, time, and price with you, whether by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Cancellations
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please contact us directly to discuss — we'll always try to be flexible where we can.
Access
Please ensure our team can access the property, and any relevant areas (bins, driveways, parking) at the agreed time. Delays caused by access issues may affect the final price or require rescheduling.
Waste collection & disposal
We dispose of collected waste responsibly and in line with UK waste regulations. Certain hazardous or restricted items may not be accepted — please check with us before booking if you're unsure.
Bio-hazard cleaning
Bio-hazard jobs are assessed individually before a price is confirmed, given the variation in scope and materials involved.
Liability
We take reasonable care in carrying out all work. Please let us know before the job if there are items or areas needing particular care.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed with you at the time of booking.
