End of tenancy cleans are priced by property size. The range depends on condition. A well-kept flat sits at the lower end, a property with heavy build-up nearer the top.

It's best if it is, because we can then reach everything. If there are things left behind, we can clear and dispose of them first as a registered waste carrier. Just tell us when you book.
Oven cleaning is an add-on at £45, because it's a job in itself. The same applies to fridge/freezers (£35) and carpet cleaning (£35 per room). An oven clean is worth adding, because agents usually check it.
It depends on the size and condition of the property. Most flats and smaller houses are done in a day. We'll give you a time estimate when we quote.
